Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sadhukhan Enterprise (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Uttarpara Dailymobile app and website (the “Service”) to order meals, dairy, and grocery for delivery around Uttarpara and Makhla.

Information we collect

• Account information: your phone number (used for OTP login), and optionally your name and email.
• Delivery details: saved addresses, receiver name and phone, and the geographic coordinates / pincode you choose for delivery.
• Order information: items ordered, order history, notes, and delivery status.
• Payment information: online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials; we only receive a payment confirmation and reference id.
• Device & usage data: approximate/precise location (only when you grant permission to pick a delivery point) and basic technical logs needed to operate the Service. We do not use advertising identifiers.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To prepare, deliver, and support your orders.
• To determine delivery serviceability for your pincode.
• To process payments and issue invoices.
• To send transactional notifications about your orders.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

Sharing your information

We share data only as needed to run the Service: with the delivery partner fulfilling your order, with our payment processor (Razorpay), and with service providers such as email (AWS SES) and cloud hosting. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain your account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. When you request account deletion, your profile is deactivated and marked deleted; certain transaction records may be retained in anonymised or legally required form.

Security

Authentication uses one-time passwords and encrypted tokens. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
