Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Uttarpara Daily app and website operated by Sadhukhan Enterprise. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be 18 or older to place orders.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your phone number, address, and order details.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and OTP secure.

Orders & delivery

• We deliver only to serviceable pincodes (currently 712245 and 712258).
• Orders must be placed before the applicable cut-off time (for example, lunch by 10 PM the previous day and dinner by 6 PM the same day).
• Menu availability, prices, and delivery times may change and are confirmed at checkout.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes and delivery fees. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel an order while it is still pending or confirmed, subject to the cut-off window. Eligible refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method. Prepared or delivered orders may not be refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Account Deletion page.
